The breathing session was surprisingly powerful it left me calm, centered, and with a mental clarity I haven’t felt in years. It was such a great experience. I came with no expectations, well, apart from the slight dread of an icebath, which was completely unnecessary. Dagna should be called an ice bath whisperer! She’s got an innate ability to effortlessly connect with people and put you at ease. To make you feel seen and cared for. The whole workshop was warmly and professionally lead by her. Wspanialy warsztat! Pelen profesjonalizm i zaangazowanie. Dagna jest wspanialym istruktorem i widac, ze wprowadzanie ludzi do metody Wima Hofa jest jej pasja. Nic dziwnego, ze zostala zaproszona, zeby jemy osobiscie asystowac!
Niesamowite jest do czego jestesmy zdolni, gdy harmonijnie wspolpracuje umysl z cialem. Czesc oddechowa byla jak najglebsza medytacja, ktorej doswiadczylam. Nie do opisania, to trzeba przezyc samemu! A kapiel lodowa – nie tak straszna jak sie mi to wydawalo. Dodala mi ona wiele enrgii, a takze w poloczeniu z oddechem wyciszyla uporczywy natlok mysli w glowie. Wow! To bylo cos wspanialego!
Dagny pasja i zaangazowanie byly niesamowite. Jest ona wspanialym ambasadorem Metody Wim’a Hof’a i zabrala nas ze soba do tego swiata. Teraz kazdy dzien zaczynam od pracy na oddechem oraz zimnego prysznica, i juz nie wyobrazam sobie inaczej zaczynac dnia. To wyciszenie i spokoj ducha sa watre wszystkiego!

Dagna to wspaniała kobieta. Zabrała mnie do swojego świata. Nawet sobie nie wyobrażałam co mnie czekać będzie podczas warsztatów. Pierwszy raz w życiu udało się komuś tak mnie odblokować i rozluźnić. To co się działo z moim ciałem jest nie do opisania. Ale wiedziałam, że jestem w bardzo bezpiecznych rękach Dagny. Chociaż się wcześniej nie znałyśmy zaufałam jej od razu. To było niesamowite doświadczenie, przekroczenie własnych granic i przełamanie barier przed zimnem. Czekam na kolejne spotkania i mam nadzieję, że do zobaczenia!
