But more than anything, I\u2019m someone, whose life was reshaped by this work.<\/p>\n

What began as a personal practice, quickly became something far deeper, a transformation of my body, mind, and inner world. Through breath, cold exposure, and consistent commitment, I was able to move beyond long\u2011standing health challenges, release deeply rooted trauma, and peel back layers of conditioning that had been keeping me stuck.<\/p>\n

My turning point came in January 2023, during my first Winter Expedition in Poland. Out in the icy wilderness – surrounded by breath, cold, and raw human connection – something clicked. I knew I couldn\u2019t keep this to myself. I felt called to share it.<\/p>\n

From that moment on, I went all in. Over the following year, I trained relentlessly, attending every Wim Hof Method event I could and traveling across Europe to learn, practice, and grow. I trained with elite instructors and deepened my experience with every cold plunge, every breath session, every challenge.<\/p>\n

In May 2024, I proudly became a Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor.<\/p>\n

Since then, I\u2019ve hosted workshops across the UK and Europe, co-led expeditions at the breathtaking WHM Center in the French Alps, and had the highest honour of assisting Wim at his official weekend in Stroe, Netherlands, as well as at the French WHM Center.<\/p>\n
